A special effects course will help prepare you for employment in one of the film industry's most exciting disciplines. You will learn how to take the original image on silver-based film, and manipulate it into a wide variety of imaginitive and surreal variations. Almost every film today, no matter how realistic, goes through some special effects generation, whether it's improving the lighting in a scene, correcting the color balance for a more uniform look, or adding a brighter sunset.
