While a lot of food production is automated these days, if you have baking and pastry skills to offer you’ll be much harder to replace by machine. It takes both artistic talent and technical know how to make the fancy desserts and cakes, artisan breads, and decorative sugar and chocolate work that baking and pastry chefs produce.



A training program will develop both the general and specialized culinary skills you require and equip you to start a career in a restaurant, a bakery, a hotel, maybe even a cruise ship!
